Position Overview: 

We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Franchise Sales Associate to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting potential franchisees, presenting the VERSAGYM™ franchise opportunity, and leading prospects through the entire sales process. This is a remote position with flexible hours, perfect for someone motivated by uncapped earning potential. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Proactively generate leads through networking, research, events, and outreach. 

• Engage with prospective franchisees, explaining the benefits of owning a VERSAGYM™ franchise. 

• Guide candidates through the discovery process, from initial inquiry to signing the franchise agreement. 

• Maintain a database of leads and manage ongoing communication with prospects. 

• Represent VERSAGYM™ at industry events and expos to promote franchise opportunities. 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and materials. 

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets. 

 

Qualifications: 

 

• Previous experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related field. 

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to effectively articulate the advantages of the VERSAGYM™ franchise model. 

• Proven ability to generate and close leads in a commission-based environment. 

• Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time-management skills. 

• Passion for fitness, wellness, and entrepreneurship. 

• Willingness to travel for events and franchise meetings as needed.
